ISA Yachts has unveiled Poseidon, an 86-metre superyacht project in its ISA Large Yacht Collection. The design has an overall length of 86 metres and a beam of 12.80 metres, with exterior and interior design by Enrico Gobbi – TEAM for Design and naval architecture by ISA Yachts’ technical department.

Vice Admiral Joseph Cahill visited Austal USA’s West Coast waterfront repair and services facility in National City, Calif., on October 13, 2026, as USS Oakland (LCS 24) underwent repairs in newly certified Dry Dock Independence. Austal USA said the Navy awarded the yard a $10.8 million contract in August for emergent maintenance drydocking availability of Oakland, which is the first ship to enter the dry dock.

The port said the event gave it a chance to update delegates on its development and outline how its port and dry dock facilities could support floating offshore wind work.

The yard said it is advancing early production work on the first tranche of medium polar icebreakers under a contract valued at approximately $2.2 billion.
ASTICAN has expanded the concession area at the Reina Sofía quay in the Port of Las Palmas, extending its berthing line and adding capacity for ship repair and offshore work. The yard said the extra space will support project planning and larger-scale operations for its repair, maintenance and conversion business.
