Yeosu Ocean Co., Ltd. is a South Korean ship repair yard in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, operating three floating docks and two slipways for the drydocking and repair of small to medium-sized and larger vessels. Its work covers hull, bow and fore peak repairs, special coating of cargo tanks, cargo holds, ballast tanks and fish storage tanks, plus retrofit projects such as SOx scrubber installation and ballast water management system fitting. The company traces its origins to Sinyung Shipyard, founded in 1979, and states repair experience of roughly 1,700 vessels, with around 60 employees and a Busan R&D office. It has also built and delivered 32,000-ton bulk carriers in 2011 and 2014.

Yeosu Ocean is a repair shipyard on Dolsan, Yeosu, on Korea's south coast. The company describes 2010 as its rebirth under president Jeong InHyun, with a management philosophy of safety first and customer first, building on a business originally opened in 1979 as Sinyung Shipyard Inc. It reports repair experience covering approximately 1,700 ships, about 60 employees with an average tenure of over 15 years, and certifications for international quality, environmental and safety management systems. In 2023 it states it was the first repair shipyard recognised for overseas export performance (USD 10 million) with a government export tower award, along with an award for customer satisfaction and repair technology.
