Odo Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., Ltd (株式会社小門造船) is a shipyard in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, founded in 1914 as Matsuura Shipyard and incorporated in 1943. The company builds new vessels — notably tugboats — and carries out ship repair, periodic and intermediate survey docking, voluntary dockings and large-scale reship (major refit) work, alongside marine machinery manufacture and repair and general steel structure work. Its yard handles design, NC cutting and plate forming, block assembly and erection, main engine and auxiliary installation, outfitting and sea trials in-house, with roughly 180 staff including partner-company personnel. Group companies include Nagato Shipbuilding, Shin Itoman Shipbuilding and Nakano Shokai.

Odo Shipbuilding & Engineering (株式会社小門造船) is a Shimonoseki-based shipyard tracing its origins to the Matsuura Shipyard founded in 1914 at the entrance to the Odo Strait, and formally established in 1943 when seven businesses were merged under wartime industrial consolidation. The company was renamed Odo Zosen in March 2023 under the banner "WE ARE SHIPBUILDER". Capital stands at 70 million yen and the workforce numbers around 180 including partner-company staff. President: Hiroshi Matsuura. ISO 45001:2018 certification was obtained in April 2025.
