Theodor Buschmann
Theodor Buschmann GmbH & Co. KG is a Hamburg shipyard founded in 1882 and now part of the FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group. The yard covers newbuilding, conversion and repair of vessels alongside steel and hydraulic engineering work, including sections and hulls built for other shipyards. It builds and converts working craft such as barges, pushed lighters, pontoons, landing stages and tractor tugs, and has converted harbour tugs, tankers, floating cranes and container ships. Its own site in the south of Hamburg has four slipways and shipbuilding halls, and its voyage and port repair teams work on ships worldwide.

Theodor Buschmann GmbH & Co. KG is a Hamburg-based shipyard, steel and metal fabrication business established in 1882 by shipbuilder Johann Thomas Theodor Buschmann. Today it operates as part of the FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group, handling newbuilding, conversion, repair and steel and hydraulic engineering work. The company has been assessed to current quality standards since 1998 and states certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, plus manufacturer qualification for load-bearing steel structures to DIN EN 1090-2 up to EXC 3.
