Riga Shipyard (AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava") is a Latvian shipyard on the Daugava river in Riga, established in 1913, offering ship repair, conversion, newbuilding and metal fabrication. The yard states it repairs more than 100 seagoing vessels per year and has built over 150 hulls, some partially outfitted, since 1997, mainly for Scandinavian and European customers. Facilities include three floating docks, two slipways, nine berths totalling 2,000 m, and workshops for steel, stainless steel and aluminium construction. The company is listed on Nasdaq Riga; its published 2023 financial report notes a focus on managing and renting its own and leased properties, a net loss for the year and legal protection proceedings that were terminated in March 2025 following implementation of the plan of measures.

Riga Shipyard (AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava") is one of the largest yards in the Baltic region, founded in 1913 and located on the banks of the Daugava river channels in Riga, Latvia. The yard focuses on ship repair, conversion and shipbuilding, reporting repairs of more than 100 seagoing vessels per year and more than 150 hulls built and delivered since shipbuilding recommenced in 1997. It co-operates with all Classification Societies and with major equipment and paint manufacturers; its Quality Management System was approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance as complying with ISO 9001:2008 in 2001, and its testing laboratory is recognised by Bureau Veritas per Rule Note NR320. The company is a listed issuer on Nasdaq Riga and, per its 2023 report, has also focused on management and renting of its own and leased properties.
