Loksa Shipyard JSC

Operating on the grounds of the Loksa ship repair yard (founded 1905) in Estonia, the Marsalis group manufactures steel structures and precast concrete elements, and has extended into shipbuilding work. Its steel division builds ship blocks, floating pontoons for the Dutch market, floating houses for Norway, and ship blocks for a nuclear icebreaker, as well as building frames, bridge components and wind energy components. The concrete division produces sandwich and hollow-core panels, beams, columns, stairs and bridge elements, with an initial capacity of 20,000 cubic metres of concrete per year. A key advantage is the site's own port, allowing oversized and irregularly shaped products to be shipped by sea, mainly to Baltic and North Sea countries.

Loksa Shipyard JSC

Loksa Shipyard is the production complex of the Marsalis group, which has manufactured steel building structures since 2008 (originally in Tallinn, Hiiu) and moved to the Loksa ship repair yard in 2016. The same year the group added precast concrete element production, allowing it to offer complete load-bearing structure solutions from design through fabrication, transport and installation. The yard, established in 1905, is the largest employer in the town of Loksa, which grew up around it.
