Rauma Marine Constructions Oy (RMC) is a fully Finnish-owned shipyard founded in 2014, operating at Seaside Industry Park in Rauma, Finland. It designs and builds car and passenger ferries, icebreakers and ice-class vessels, and naval and government vessels, including four Pohjanmaa class multi-purpose corvettes for the Finnish Navy and two icebreakers for the United States Coast Guard. The company also provides life-cycle services such as maintenance, docking, conversions and modernisations, with maintenance agreements for the multi-purpose icebreakers Fennica and Nordica. RMC works with an in-house team of over 400 experts supported by a network of dozens of partner companies, and reported 2025 Group turnover of about EUR 253 million.

- Outfitting quays of 220 m and 240 m, with segregated security zones for sensitive projects
