Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Inc
Helsinki Shipyard (the record name Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Inc; assets acquired by Davie in November 2023, with the legal entity now DNY Finland Oy) is a shipbuilder in the Hietalahti district of Helsinki, Finland, with roots dating to 1865. The yard specialises in icebreakers and high ice-class arctic vessels — it states that about half the world's icebreaker fleet was built there — as well as small and mid-size cruise and expedition vessels, ferries and superyachts. Alongside newbuilding it offers concept development, design and engineering, design licences, construction support, and docking, repair and lifecycle-extension projects. Around 400 people work at the site, mainly in project management, design and shipbuilding.

Helsinki Shipyard is a Finnish shipbuilder located in Hietalahti, Helsinki, where vessels have been built on the same site since Helsingfors Skeppsdocka was founded in 1865. The yard is known for demanding marine technology: icebreakers and arctic vessels have been built there for more than 100 years, and the company states that about 50% of the global icebreaker fleet originated at its facility. It also has a long record in passenger and cruise vessels, including the Carnival and Costa cruise ships of the 1990s and 2000s and, most recently, the three Swan Hellenic expedition cruise vessels SH Minerva, SH Vega and SH Diana (2021–2023). On 3 November 2023 Davie finalised the acquisition of the shipyard's assets; Helsinki Shipyard remains a brand name while the legal entity is DNY Finland Oy, a Group Davie company. Roughly 400 people are employed at the yard.
