Petrovietnam Marine Shipyard JSC (PV Shipyard) is a Vietnamese EPC contractor and fabrication yard founded in 2007 by PTSC, BIDV, LILAMA, SBIC and Vietsovpetro. It builds jack-up drilling rigs, lift-boats, jackets, topsides, living quarters, modules for FPSO/FSO, tug boats and aquaculture feeding barges, and carries out repair, upgrade and conversion work on mobile offshore drilling units. The company also delivers onshore steel structure, piping and E&I work for power plants, gas terminals and petrochemical and fertilizer plants, plus a dedicated E-House design and fabrication business. Its yard is located in Vung Tau (Rach Dua Ward), Vietnam, with a 336 m quay and roughly 400,000 m² of total area.

Petrovietnam Marine Shipyard JSC was founded in 2007 by PTSC, BIDV, LILAMA, SBIC and the Russia–Vietnam joint venture Vietsovpetro to serve the oil, gas and energy sectors in Vietnam and the surrounding region. The company provides engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning for drilling units, floating facilities, modules and steel structures, along with upgrading, repair and maintenance of MODUs. Referenced projects include the Tam Dao 03 and Tam Dao 05 jack-up rigs, the Nghi Son tug boat project, aquaculture feed barges, the Daman jacket project, and rig repairs and upgrades on units such as West Telesto, Parameswara, Java Star 2, Trident 16, PVD III, Cuu Long, Naga III & VI and the Hakuryu-5 semi.
