Vungtau Shipyard (Công Ty Cổ Phần Đóng Tàu & Dịch Vụ Dầu Khí Vũng Tàu) is a Vietnamese joint stock company that builds and repairs ships and barges, carries out drydocking and afloat repairs, and provides industrial machining, offshore structure maintenance and tanker cleaning. Founded in 1995 as a state company and converted to a joint stock company in 2007, it works with ISO 9001:2015 quality management, employs around 80 staff and reports annual revenue of USD 5–10 million. The yard operates a 115m dry dock, a 110m quay, a slipway and machining workshops at its site on Road 30/4 in the Vung Tau area, and cooperates with Korea's Dongil Ship Repairs & Engineerings on ship repair work. The company also has an infrastructure construction unit and interests in port, property and real estate projects.

Long-term partners listed include Dongil Ship Repairs & Engineerings (Korea) for ship repair cooperation and Asahi Glass Ltd / Mitsubishi Corp.
