Holland Shipyards Group is a second-generation family-owned Dutch shipbuilding group that builds, repairs, refits and converts vessels, with yards in Werkendam and Hardinxveld-Giessendam, an operation in Vlissingen and a yard in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Newbuilding covers inland and seagoing cargo vessels, tugs and workboats, ferries, dredgers and dredging equipment, accommodation solutions and one-off special projects, with a stated emphasis on hybrid and lower-emission designs. The group also converts existing vessels for new markets, such as offshore support vessels into accommodation vessels and container vessels into roro carriers for offshore renewables. Alongside shipbuilding it operates its own vessel fleet for charter or sale and rents certified accommodation modules through Holland Accommodation Rentals.

Holland Shipyards Group traces its roots to the 1981 founding of Instalho Scheepsbouw as a ship repair business, adding the Werkendam yard in 1987, inland newbuilding in 1995, hull construction abroad in China and Romania from 2000, and the Hardinxveld yard in 2007. Later steps included founding Holland Accommodation Rentals (2011), the EDDY Tug linear tractor tug design (2014), acquiring a yard in Freetown, Sierra Leone (2015) and TV Dredging (2016), and opening Flushing Marine and Offshore in Vlissingen (2019). It remains a second-generation family-owned company working under the slogan "Any challenge, any time!".
