Concordia Shipyards B.V.

shipyard Werkendam, Netherlands

Concordia Damen is a family-owned Dutch shipyard in Werkendam, operating within the Damen Shipyards Group, that designs and builds inland waterway vessels including container and dry cargo ships, tankers, pushers and river cruise vessels. The company works as a one-stop shop covering in-house design, hull construction, outfitting, delivery, financing and maintenance, and states a track record of more than 250 vessel deliveries since 2001. Vessels are offered with a wide range of propulsion options — diesel-electric, full-electric, hydrogen-electric, methanol and LNG among them — and hulls of proven designs are kept in stock to shorten delivery times. Clients operate in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Paraguay, Colombia, the USA and elsewhere.
