GE-TA Genel Tasarım A.Ş. (Geta Shipyard) is a Turkish newbuilding yard founded in 1985 and located in the Tuzla shipyards region of Istanbul on a 3,535 sqm site. The yard is known for tugboats and workboats built for both Turkish and international customers, along with vessels such as a 16 m garbage collecting boat. Projects have been delivered to owners including Turkish government bodies, municipalities and private shipping companies, built to designs by third-party naval architects and classed by Turkish Lloyd, ABS or Bureau Veritas. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification.

Ge-Ta Genel Tasarim (Geta Shipyard)

Founded in 1985, GE-TA Genel Tasarım A.Ş. serves the Turkish and international maritime market from the Tuzla shipyards region of Istanbul. The company was founded by MSc Marine Architect Attila Balık, a 1974 graduate of Istanbul Technical University, and is known for tugboats and workboats delivered to local and international customers. The shipyard is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
