Torlak Shipyard (Torlak Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.) is a Turkish shipyard on Tersaneler Caddesi in Tuzla, Istanbul, offering newbuilding, ship repair, drydocking, conversion and modernisation work, plus large-scale steel construction projects outside the marine sector. The yard operates two newbuilding slipways and states it has built and delivered over 60 vessels, more than 40% of them chemical tankers and around 20% motor yachts, alongside passenger boats, dry cargo and cement carriers. Repair work is supported by 470 metres of quay, a floating dock with capacity up to 42,000 DWT, and a 196 x 32.40 m dock that entered service in January 2024. The company holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification and reports Bureau Veritas-classed oil/chemical tankers among its deliveries.

Torlak Shipyard, operating as Torlak Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., is a family-linked Turkish shipbuilding and ship repair yard in Tuzla, Istanbul. The company describes more than a century of accumulated experience in the shipbuilding industry and handles commercial projects ranging from new construction to routine repairs and major refits and modernisation. Since 2007 it has also targeted specialisation in the offshore sector, its first step being a contract for the partially outfitted construction of the platform supply vessel Viking Lady, described by the yard as the largest platform supply vessel built and delivered in Turkey at that time and the first commercial ship to use marine-adapted fuel cells.
