Kuzey Shipyard
Kuzey Star Shipyard (Kuzey Star Shipyard Denizcilik San ve Tic. A.Ş.) is a Turkish shipyard group operating facilities in Tuzla, Istanbul and in the Altınova shipyard zone at Yalova. It provides ship repair, maintenance and docking, new construction, and conversion and modernization work, along with machinery, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repairs, remanufacturing and spare parts supply. The Tuzla yard covers 108,000 m² with two floating docks, three newbuilding slipways and a cryogenic workshop, and the company states it holds GTT certification for LNG vessel maintenance and repair. The group entered the shipyard sector in 2013 with the Yalova yard and added the Tuzla facility and floating docks from 2014 onward.

Kuzey Star Shipyard Denizcilik San ve Tic. A.Ş. is a Turkish shipbuilding and ship repair group. It entered the sector in 2013 by acquiring the Yalova yard, added the Tuzla facility and Floating Dock No.1 in 2014, brought Floating Dock No.2 into service in 2016 and invested in the GreenDock floating dock in 2021. The company promotes an "all in one" service approach combining repair, maintenance, newbuilding and conversion, and states that it holds GTT certification for LNG vessel work.

- Floating Dock Kuzey Star No.1: 227.5 m long, 36.2 m inner width, 20,000 t lifting capacity, max docking draft 7 m, cranes 2x10 t + 1x15 t
