Cindemir Shipyard
Çındemir Tersanesi (Çındemir Makina Gemi Onarım ve Tersanecilik A.Ş.) is a Turkish ship repair and maintenance yard based in the Tuzla shipyards zone of Istanbul. Tracing its origins to a 1917 workshop that repaired iron parts of wooden vessels, riveted plating and steam boilers, the family-run business incorporated in 1965 and moved to Tuzla in 1991. It offers ship repair and conversion, floating dock docking and a broad range of alongside services including blasting and painting, steel and pipe work, machinery overhauls and electrical works. The company states its ship maintenance and repair activities are covered by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 management systems.

Çındemir Makina Gemi Onarım ve Tersanecilik A.Ş., trading as Çındemir Tersanesi, is a ship repair and maintenance yard in the Tuzla shipyards district of Istanbul, Türkiye. The business began in 1917 as a workshop repairing the iron fittings of wooden vessels and later the riveted plating and steam boilers of ships, became a company in 1965, and has been passed down through the family. It relocated to the Tuzla Shipyards Zone in 1991, began docking services in 1999 with a 3,000-tonne floating dock, and increased capacity in 2007 with a 5,000-tonne floating dock.
