2X1 Holding Cape Midia Shipyard S.A. (Șantierul Naval Midia) is a ship repair and conversion yard located inside Midia Port at Năvodari, Constanța County, Romania. Originally opened in 1987 as the state-operated Black Sea Shipyard, it was fully privatised in 1999 and now carries out steel work and conversions, blasting and painting, and mechanical, engine and piping repairs on merchant, supply, passenger and naval vessels, as well as offshore structures. The company also recycles older ships and sells second-hand machinery and equipment. Its own figures record 695 vessels repaired between 1999 and 2012 for owners in Romania, Greece, Arab countries, the UK, Germany, Turkey and elsewhere.

Known as Șantierul Naval Midia, the yard traces its origins to the Black Sea Shipyard, which became operational in 1987 under Romanian state ownership. It was fully privatised in 1999, when 2×1 Holding Cape Midia Shipyard was formed, and the company describes itself since then as a principal ship repair and modernisation point for the Black Sea region. Work is organised through specialist teams covering hull, coatings and machinery trades, and the company also recycles older vessels and resells recovered second-hand equipment.
