Trabzon Tersanesi (Trabzon Shipyard) is a Turkish shipbuilding, maintenance and repair yard located in the Sürmene Çamburnu area of Trabzon on the Black Sea coast, with a head office in Ümraniye, Istanbul. The yard carries out newbuilding and dry-docking/repair work on dry cargo vessels, sea-river ships, tankers, LPG/LNG carriers and dredgers, and is also building a 174 m floating dock and a 140.87 m cargo ship. Through its Orion Yachts brand it builds superyachts, including the 43.80 m steel and aluminium motor yacht Orion One, classed by RINA. The company, originally founded in 2005 as Pega Shipping and later Nur Shipping, was acquired in 2024 by Salih Zeki Çakır and renamed Trabzon Shipyard.

Trabzon Tersanesi (Trabzon Shipyard) is a shipbuilding, maintenance and repair yard on Turkey's eastern Black Sea coast. The company traces its origins to Pega Shipping Inc., founded in 2005 by the Çebi family and later renamed Nur Shipping and Trade Inc.; in February 2024 Salih Zeki Çakır acquired all shares and the company was renamed Trabzon Shipyard Inc. in March 2024. Alongside commercial newbuilding and repair work, the yard operates the Orion Yachts superyacht brand.
