Baku Shipyard LLC (BSY) is a shipbuilding, ship repair and conversion yard on the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijan, established in 2011 as a joint venture of SOCAR, Azerbaijan Investment Company and Keppel Offshore Marine, and inaugurated in September 2013. It builds and repairs commercial and marine vessels including oil and chemical tankers, car/rail passenger ferries, tugs, crew boats, crane vessels, offshore support and subsea construction vessels, pontoons for a semi-submersible rig and a floating dock. The yard also runs an in-house design and engineering division working to the standards of DNV, ABS, Lloyd's Register, BV, RMRS and the China Classification Society. Facilities include a 1,100 m berthing bay, a 168 m x 40 m floating dock and a ship transfer system, with stated annual capacity for 100 vessels in repair.

Baku Shipyard (BSY) was established in 2011 to provide shipbuilding and ship repair services to the marine and offshore industry in the Caspian region, and was officially inaugurated on 20 September 2013. It was founded as a joint venture under Azerbaijani law by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Azerbaijan Investment Company (AIC) and Keppel Offshore Marine, and is referenced in company news as part of AZCON Holding. The yard combines new construction, repair and conversion with an in-house design and engineering division.
