St. Johns Ship Building is a full-service shipyard in Palatka, Florida, on the St. Johns River, building and repairing steel and aluminum vessels for commercial and government customers. A subsidiary of Americraft Marine Group, it focuses on Jones Act-compliant newbuilds including crew transfer vessels for offshore wind, tugs, ferries, landing craft, and deck and tank barges, and also provides repair, maintenance, overhaul and conversion work. The yard operates an 850-ton dry dock, 500 tons of aggregate crane capacity and 2,400 feet of water frontage, and has been modernizing its facilities with support from MARAD's Small Shipyard Grant Program.

St. Johns Ship Building (SJSB) is a full-service shipbuilding and marine repair company in Palatka, Florida, and a subsidiary of Americraft Marine Group. The yard builds and repairs steel and aluminum vessels for both commercial and government customers, under U.S. and foreign flags, with an emphasis on Jones Act-compliant construction. It works with common industry engineering firms and multiple class societies including USCG, ABS, DNV and BV, and cites over 30 years of experience and ABS, USCG and DNV certified welders. Recent activity includes delivery of five crew transfer vessels within an eighteen-month period, including two Chartwell Ambitious-Class CTVs for Atlantic Wind Transfers, and a contract from Johnson Bros. Corporation for three 140' x 40' x 8' steel material deck barges with spud wells.
