International Ship Repair & Marine Services Inc. is a full-service ship repair and conversion yard on the Port of Tampa in Tampa, Florida, in business since 1973. The company drydocks and repairs ocean-going commercial vessels, tugs and barges, government craft and mega yachts, and also performs conversion work such as lengthening and re-powering. Its 25-acre main yard offers multiple floating drydocks — including a Panamax-capable configuration — plus outfitting piers with nearly 4,000 feet of berthing and additional topside repair berthing. The yard employs up to 200 people in high season and services roughly 150 vessels per year.

Founded by Robert Del Valle in 1973 and purchased by George and Carl Lorton in 1990, International Ship Repair & Marine Services Inc. is a full-service shipyard in the Port of Tampa, Florida. Drydock capability was added under the Lortons, and conversion work for lengthening and re-powering ships followed in 1997. The company describes itself as having the largest number of operational drydocks in the State of Florida and serves approximately 150 vessels annually with up to 200 employees in high season. In 2022 it received an $880,758 MARAD Small Shipyard Grant toward a 50' x 20' plasma cutting table, a 36,000-lb forklift, 80 welding machines and a 20-ton overhead crane.
