AO «Okskaya Sudoverf'» (Oka Shipyard) is a Russian shipbuilding enterprise founded in 1907 in Navashino, Nizhny Novgorod Region, on the Oka River. It builds medium-tonnage mixed river-sea tankers and dry cargo vessels, container ships, tugs, barges, crab-fishing vessels, rescue and other special-purpose craft, and also produces bridge structures — including floating and ribbon-type road bridges — and general steel structures. The yard reports 54 vessels delivered between 2015 and 2023 for customers such as Volzhskoye Parokhodstvo, Rosmorport, the Marine Rescue Service, BF Tanker and Russkiy Krab, with further series under construction. The site occupies 528,000 m² and is connected by rail and inland waterways to Russian seaports.

AO «Okskaya Sudoverf'» (Oka Shipyard)

Founded in 1907 as the Mordovshchikovo shipyard to build oil barges for the Kolomna Machine-Building Works, the enterprise grew into a large serial shipbuilder, delivering more than a thousand vessels over its history — from river barges to modern dry cargo ships and tankers. It was an early adopter of large-tonnage all-welded shipbuilding (the 6,000 t all-welded barge "Komsomolka Sudoplatova", 1935) and built over 175 "Volgo-Don" and "Volzhsky" type vessels as well as container ships of projects 1588 and 15881. Today it combines shipbuilding with bridge structure fabrication and general steelwork.
