MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is the shipbuilding arm of MSET Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a Bumiputera-owned group in Terengganu, Malaysia, whose origins trace back to a 1953 training institute and which was privatised from Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) in 1997. The company builds steel, aluminium and wooden vessels at its Pulau Kambing yard (up to 40 metres) and Pulau Duyong yard (steel vessels up to 110 metres), including anchor handling tug supply vessels, supply and survey vessels, coastal product tankers, tugs, bunker barges and fast patrol craft. Sister companies cover composite and inflatable boat construction at Gong Badak and maintenance, repair and overhaul work for craft up to 48 metres or 450 tonnes displacement. Delivered projects listed include vessels for Malaysian government agencies such as the Royal Malaysian Navy, Marine Department, police, customs and fire and rescue, as well as private offshore operators.

MSET Shipbuilding Corporation (MSETsc) is the shipbuilding division of MSET Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a wholly Bumiputera private limited company in Terengganu, Malaysia. The business traces its history to 1953, passing through Limbongan MARA and MARA Shipyard & Engineering (Terengganu) before being renamed MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd. following privatisation in 2001. It builds vessels in steel, aluminium and wood, while affiliated companies handle composite and inflatable craft and MRO work. The group states it was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification by Det Norske Veritas in 2005 and reports 1,000+ completed projects and 120+ professional staff.
