Limbongan Batu Maung Sdn. Bhd. is a shipyard in Batu Maung, Penang, Malaysia, tracing its origins to Batu Maung Slipway in 1970 and incorporated in 1980 before being renamed in 1999. The yard repairs patrol craft, trawlers, commercial barges and pleasure boats, with most repair work coming from the government sector and foreign trawlers. It also builds small specialist vessels and pleasure boats in fiberglass, aluminium and wood, including interceptor and patrol boats, rescue boats, RIBs and cruisers. Facilities include wet slipways up to 120 tons, a 70-ton Marine Travelift and dedicated fiberglass, metalwork, paint, carpentry and propeller/shaft workshops.

Limbongan Batu Maung Sdn. Bhd. is a Penang-based shipyard that began as Batu Maung Slipway in 1970, repairing oil and fuel barges before moving into government patrol craft work. The company was incorporated as Batu Maung Slipway & Workshop Sdn. Bhd. in 1980 and renamed Limbongan Batu Maung Sdn. Bhd. in 1999 following an equity restructuring. Alongside repair work it has developed a newbuilding capability in fiberglass, aluminium and wood, and states an intention to specialise in aluminium vessels up to 35 metres and to build high-quality motor yachts.
