PT Dok dan Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero), known as PT DKB, is an Indonesian state-owned shipbuilding and ship repair company headquartered on Jl. Sindang Laut in Cilincing, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. Formed in 1991 from the merger of four state shipyard companies, it builds new vessels up to 17,500 DWT, carries out docking and repair work up to 30,000 DWT, and services offshore facilities such as SBM overhauls and jack-up docking. The company operates nine shipyards: three in Jakarta plus yards in Cirebon, Semarang, Palembang, Sabang, Banjarmasin and Batam. Supporting businesses are run through subsidiaries PT AIRIN (container depot and warehouse) and PT Kodja Terramarin (chemical and general trading).

PT DKB is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise (BUMN) operating in the shipbuilding industry, covering design, construction, repair and maintenance of ships, floating equipment and offshore structures, together with related support services. The company was created under Government Regulation No. 59 of 1990 (notarial deed dated 1 March 1991) and Government Regulation No. 13 of 1992 through the merger of four state shipyards: PT Dok & Perkapalan Tanjung Priok, PT Kodja, PT Pelita Bahari and PT Dok & Galangan Kapal Nusantara. Its stated vision is to become a leading shipbuilding and offshore facilities company in the domestic market and competitive regionally.

Vessel Types
Recent yard news references work on tugs, barges, LCTs, passenger and cargo vessels, and an unmanned surface vessel — including docking repairs for TB. Nautilus-01, BG. Sinar Anugerah-02, USV Fulmar, MV Belik Mas, MV Derya Mas and KM Bukit Raya, and the July 2025 launch of the LCT Mekar Kharisma.
