Maritime Partner AS is a Norwegian designer and builder of high-speed aluminium boats from 5 to 25 metres, founded in 1994 and marketing under the Alusafe, Seabear/Sjøbjørn and Weedo brands. Its range covers fast rescue craft and MOB boats, workboats, daughter craft, patrol and boarding craft, SAR, fire and ambulance boats, wind farm walk-to-work vessels and passenger boats for the maritime, offshore and defence sectors. The company states it has delivered more than 2,300 boats worldwide, including 311 naval boats to 21 nations and 136 to the Norwegian navy, and has around 50 employees with agents in 18 countries. Vessels are designed, developed and assembled in Norway, largely from recyclable and recycled marine aluminium, and the company also offers service, spares and boat rental.
