Ulstein Verft is the shipbuilding yard of the third-generation family-owned Ulstein group, based in Ulsteinvik, Norway, and building ships since 1917. The yard delivers turnkey newbuilds using in-house design, engineering, project management, construction, installation and commissioning capability, and also carries out ship repairs, conversions, upgrades and aftermarket services. It works with Ulstein Design & Solutions on vessel designs featuring the X-BOW, X-STERN and TWIN X-STERN hull concepts, and the wider group also supports construction at partner yards worldwide. Recent deliveries and orders include CSOV/SOV walk-to-work vessels, cable lay vessels and expedition cruise ships.

Ulstein Verft is the Norwegian shipbuilding yard within the Ulstein group, a third-generation family-owned provider of ship designs, shipbuilding and power and control system solutions. Shipbuilders since 1917, the yard combines design, engineering, project management, construction, installation and commissioning under one roof, and states delivery precision, quality and lifecycle cost as its main selling points.
