Jersa Industrial & Marine Corporation is a Philippine ship repair and industrial services contractor founded in September 1991 and based at San Roque, Bauan, Batangas. The company handles structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and surface preservation work on vessels, including main engine overhauls, shaft alignment, blasting and painting, heat exchanger and boiler re-tubing, and double-hull conversions, alongside industrial jobs such as genset installation and power plant engine repairs. It works as an accredited subcontractor to shipyards and shipowners and partners with a dry-dock facility at a leading Philippine shipyard for drydocking, ship construction and modification. Jersa is SEC registered and accredited with the Philippine Ports Authority, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority and the Maritime Industry Authority.

Founded in September 1991 as a ship repair and industrial services company, Jersa built its early workforce around a core group of former PNOC Dockyard and Engineering Corp. employees with shipyard operations experience. An expansion program from 1995, funded by a bank loan, added machine shop capacity and surface preservation capability, and in 2012 the company completed its own office building and shop facilities in Bauan, Batangas. The firm has served clients including the Herma Group of Companies, Negros Navigation, Herma Shipyard Inc. and Subic Dry-dock Corporation.
