Hope Marine and Industrial Solutions, Inc., trading as HMI Shipyard, is a Philippine shipbuilding and ship repair company based in Tanza, Cavite, at the entrance of Manila Bay. The yard covers ship design and naval architecture, newbuilding, afloat and slipway repairs, fabrication and welding, machining, electrical work, blasting and painting, plus support trades such as carpentry, hydraulics and air-conditioning. It also builds small craft including cruisers, speed boats, rescue boats and kayaks, and distributes Hongruntong Marine airbags, fenders and buoys. Founded on a concept from 2008 and formalised four years later, the company states it operates to international standards for both local and international clients.

HOPE Marine and Industrial Solutions, Inc. (HMI Shipyard) is a shipbuilding, ship repair and fabrication company located in Tanza, Cavite, at the entrance of Manila Bay. The business was envisioned in 2008 by naval architecture and marine engineering student Erick De Guzman and formalised four years later with Chief Engineer Ricardo De Guzman, who has over 30 years of marine and engineering industry experience. The company states it operates to international standards, serving both local and international ship and yacht owners, and maintains an HSE policy targeting no work-related accidents, illnesses or environmental damage.
