Josefa Slipways Inc. is a Filipino-owned shipbuilding and ship repair company established in 2005, offering ship design, new construction, conversion, dry-docking, repair and maintenance for steel, aluminum and FRP composite hulls. It serves the marine transport, fishing, mining and port construction sectors, as well as government maritime agencies including DA-BFAR, the Philippine Navy and the Philippine Coast Guard, and states it built the first Philippine-made offshore multi-mission patrol vessels in 2018. The company operates two yards: its original Navotas City facility in Metro Manila with two slipways, and a 20,000 square metre shipyard in Sual, Pangasinan opened in 2017.

Established in 2005, Josefa Slipways Inc. is a Filipino-owned shipbuilding and ship repair company that designs, builds, converts and repairs vessels for local and international waters. It works with steel, aluminum and FRP composite hulls and states that its work complies with IACS, Philippine classification societies, Flag State/MARINA, IMO, PCG/MARPOL, MLC and SOLAS requirements. The company reports being the first and only Filipino yard to build hulls of Hi-Tensile AH-36 steel to IACS standards, and in 2018 launched what it describes as the first Philippine-made offshore multi-mission patrol vessels for the DA–Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
