Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft, now trading as FSG Shipyard GmbH, is a German shipyard in Flensburg that has designed and built more than 750 ships since its founding in 1872. The yard specialises in tailor-made vessels including RoRo ferries (among them an LNG-powered ferry for Australian operator SeaRoad), submersible heavy-lift carriers, seismic and well intervention vessels, and logistic support ships for the German Navy and NATO countries. It also supplies steel structures such as ship sections, large blocks and complete hulls, and carries out vessel conversions, repair and maintenance. FSG is part of the Heinrich Rönner Group.

Founded in 1872, FSG is a Flensburg-based shipyard that has designed and built more than 750 ships, many of them one-off or technically complex vessels. The yard positions itself as a builder of tailor-made ships for owners and operators with high demands on reliability and operational optimisation, combining in-house design capability with its own planning and production processes. Following a change of ownership, the company now operates as FSG Shipyard GmbH within the Heinrich Rönner Group, with Thorsten Rönner and Frank Mallon as managing directors.
