Marstal Shipyard Ltd
Marstal Værft A/S (Marstal Shipyard) is a ship repair and docking yard located in Marstal on the Danish island of Ærø, operating as part of the P&S group alongside Petersen & Sørensen Motorværksted A/S and Thurøbund Yachtværft A/S. The yard dry-docks around 50 larger vessels a year and handles machinery overhauls, propeller renovation, steel and shipbuilding work, surface treatment and marine electrical work, with about 30 staff covering machinists, shipbuilders, painters, engineers, electricians, ship's carpenters and smiths. Facilities include a floating dock for vessels up to 3,500 tons, two slipways and full crane coverage, all on one site. Customers include Nordic and German shipowners as well as the Danish Navy, with coasters, cargo vessels, ferries, tugs and traditional wooden vessels among the docked ships.

Marstal Værft A/S is a ship repair and docking yard in Marstal on Ærø, Denmark, and a subsidiary of the P&S group. The yard docks approximately 50 larger vessels annually and serves many Nordic and German shipowners as well as the Danish Navy. With around 30 employees spanning machinists, shipbuilders, painters, engineers, electricians, ship's carpenters, smiths and specialist workers, it handles all types of repair and special assignments in-house while remaining small enough to stay flexible. Marstal has centuries-old traditions in shipbuilding and repair.

Vessel Types
Reference lists show general cargo ships and coasters, bulk and tank vessels, ferries and island ferries, tugs, barges (pramme), work and service craft, and historic or traditional vessels built as far back as 1897–1914.
