Emder Werft und Dock GmbH, trading as EMDEN DOCKYARD, is a ship repair and refit yard in Emden, Germany, operating on a site with a history dating back to 1903 and part of the Bremerhaven-based BENLI Group since early 2020. The roughly 150-strong team carries out repairs, class renewal work, refits, rebuilds, conversions and smaller new builds, with a particular specialisation in propulsion work such as shafts, bearings and propellers. The yard operates a graving dock, floating docks and around 1.5 kilometres of non-tidal quay, plus workshops that manufacture and repair ship and offshore-wind components. A related business branch, EWD Benli Recycling, has been licensed for the dismantling of ships, wind turbines and industrial plant on the Emden site.

Emder Werft und Dock GmbH — known as EMDEN DOCKYARD (EWD) — is a compact refit and ship repair facility on the Ems in Emden, Germany, with a yard history reaching back to 1903 and links to the former Nordseewerke. The company has been part of the Bremerhaven-based BENLI Group since the beginning of 2020 and employs a team of around 150 workers, engineers and project managers, supported by long-standing subcontractors. Reported work includes class renewals, ferry modernisations, ballast water treatment system installations and the replacement of a 120-tonne main engine. The yard is a certified training company holding the IHK "TOP Ausbildung" seal and has twice received the Creditreform CrefoZert credit rating certificate.
