Austal Philippines is the Balamban, Cebu shipbuilding and repair operation of Austal, a shipbuilder that also runs facilities in Australia, the United States and Vietnam. Acquired in 2011, the Philippine yard builds high-speed passenger and vehicle-passenger ferries, offshore crew transfer and windfarm vessels for South East Asian markets, with an assembly hall capable of constructing vessels up to 120 metres. Since 2022 it has also offered repair and maintenance services on steel and aluminium hulls, using slipway and floating dock facilities, and positions itself as an Indo-Pacific support hub for Austal's commercial vessel customers.

Austal Philippines is the Cebu-based shipbuilding and vessel sustainment arm of Austal, a shipbuilder founded in Henderson, Western Australia in 1988 with production facilities in Australia, the United States, Vietnam and the Philippines. The Balamban facility was acquired in 2011 to construct high-speed ferries and offshore vessels for South East Asian markets, and following a USD$10 million investment between 2012 and 2017, new shipbuilding infrastructure was completed in 2019. A repair services capability was launched at the yard in 2022, with more than 10 vessel repairs completed since.

- Floating dock: max LOA 101 m (no overhang) or 115 m with overhang, max beam 30 m, max draft 7 m including appendage
- Max displacement of docked vessels alongside: 3,700 tonnes (Balamban end berth)
- Docking block height from floating dock deck to ship baseline: 900 mm
- Dock to land capacity 4,000 tonnes, max height 24 m in shed (additional load-in/load-out costs apply)
