- Mechanical: inside and outside machine repair (lathes, milling machines, brakes, hydrostands, pump test stands), balancing per NSI 009-15, engine diagnostics, routine and complex repairs
- Coatings, insulation and lagging per NSI 009-32 and 009-11; PCMS repair and installation per NSI 009-78
- Equipment flushes per NSI 009-107, tank and void drain and disposal, IDLH system certification (CHT, MOGAS) per NSI 009-88
- Marine chemist services: gas testing, confined space safety certificates and entry permits, ventilation and risk assessment, compliance documentation
- Staffing: labor pool of qualified Navy, AWS, ABS and API welders for short- or long-term contract work
