Renave
Renave (Empresa Brasileira de Reparos Navais S/A) is a Brazilian ship repair yard on Ilha do Viana in Guanabara Bay, Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. With more than 40 years in ship repair and construction, it handles docking, class repairs, steel renewal, painting, propulsion and steering work, and BWTS installations on vessels up to Panamax size in dock, with no size limit for afloat work. The 160,000 m² complex has six docks, 1,000 m of repair quay and mechanical, electrical, boilermaking, painting, carpentry and piping workshops, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The island is also authorised by ANTAQ as a private use terminal (TUP), supporting cargo handling, lay-up, tank cleaning and waste removal.

Its quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and the company maintains an integrated safety, environment, health and quality policy, a code of ethics with an ombudsman channel, and an alcohol and drugs policy.

- Berthing support services including mooring gangs, cranage, fresh water supply, sewage and oily water collection, garbage removal and oil containment booms

- 6,000 m² shipbuilding workshop with 12 t overhead cranes (20 m span) and a 200 m outfitting quay; processing and assembly capacity over 200 t/month

- Equipment including cranes, ultra-high-pressure water jetting pumps to 40,000 PSI, automatic welding machines, abrasive plate blasting and solar panels
