Pacific Shipyards International (PSI) is a full-service ship repair and conversion yard headquartered at Pier 24 in Honolulu Harbor, Hawaii. Family-owned since its founding in 1944, it operates on seven acres with two floating dry docks and a workforce of more than 200, handling repairs, overhauls, conversions, alterations and preservation in-house through its engineering, electrical, pipefitting, welding/fabrication, machine shop and paint departments. PSI works as a prime contractor for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Army, Military Sealift Command and NOAA, and also serves commercial shipping, superyacht and marine infrastructure clients. The company additionally rents industrial equipment and distributes International Paints coatings.

Pacific Shipyards International (PSI) is a full-service maritime repair and conversion shipyard in Honolulu, Hawaii. Founded in 1944 as Pacific Refrigeration by Fred Loui to service the wartime fleet, the company has remained locally and family-owned and describes itself as the largest privately-owned shipyard in the state, with a team of over 200 professionals. PSI operates as a federal prime contractor and states it has performed ship repair services for over 150 surface ships for the U.S. Navy, MSC and other government programs in the past five years.

- Equipment rentals (50-ton and 110-ton mobile cranes, forklifts, dehumidifiers, pressure washers) and International Paints/AWLGRIP/Interlux paint sales

- Seven-acre site at Pier 24, Honolulu Harbor, with two floating dry docks
- Ho'ōla I Nā Moku floating dry dock: 450 ft x 141 ft, 7,500 LT lifting force, built to ABS and NAVSEA standards; able to service the U.S. Navy's Littoral Combat Ship
- Kekaulana floating dry dock: 200 ft x 80 ft, 2,000 LT lifting force, renovated in 2011
- Blasting booth and two paint booths, with 10,320 sq ft of enclosed climate-controlled space
- ISO 9001:2015-compliant QMS certified by the Navy's Hawaii Regional Maintenance Center; Master Ship Repair Agreement with NAVSEA; AMPP/SSPC QP1, QP2 and QP3 accreditation
