Northbridge Boat Works
Northbridge Boat Works is a shipwright-run boat yard operating the slipway at Northbridge Marina on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Directors Aaron Reardon and Rory Cox are qualified shipwrights with more than 30 years of combined marine industry experience, working across GRP, timber and carbon fibre construction on both power and sailing yachts. The yard offers shipwrighting, fibreglass and timber repairs, antifouling, hull resprays, teak decks, engine installs and running gear servicing, with additional trades brought in from contracted professional contacts. Its slipway handles boats up to 45ft and 15 tonne.

Both are qualified shipwrights with over 30 years of combined experience in the marine industry, and they work across a wide range of power and sailing yachts. Troy Silbery serves as yard lead, and additional trades are contracted in from the team's professional network to suit jobs of any size.
