Ha Long Shipyard (Công ty TNHH Một thành viên Đóng tàu Hạ Long) is a Vietnamese state-owned shipbuilding yard in Việt Hưng, Quảng Ninh province, and a member company of Vietnam's Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC). Founded on 15 November 1976 and originally built with Polish assistance, the yard began with river craft and pusher tugs and now builds a wide range of newbuildings for domestic and export customers, including bulk carriers up to 53,000 tonnes, container ships, car carriers, tugs, crane barges, offshore support vessels, fishing trawlers, fisheries surveillance vessels and 110–120 m expedition cruise yachts. It has a long-running partnership with Damen Shipyards of the Netherlands, for whom it has delivered tugs, PSVs and a series of CSOV wind farm service vessels. The site also states a repair history for barges and cargo vessels, though the current services pages are largely unpopulated.

Ha Long Shipyard — Công ty TNHH Một thành viên Đóng tàu Hạ Long — is a single-member state-owned shipbuilding company in Quảng Ninh, Vietnam, operating under Tổng công ty Công nghiệp tàu thủy (SBIC). The yard traces its origins to a 1966 government decision to build a shipbuilding and ship repair plant at Giếng Đáy, with Polish technical assistance and worker training; the company itself was established on 15 November 1976. Its plant and equipment reflect experience drawn from Poland, Japan, Korea, Denmark and Italy, and its workforce includes staff trained in those shipbuilding countries, with young workers making up around 65% of the labour force.
