Falkvarv AB is a Swedish repair yard in Falkenberg on the west coast between Öresund and Gothenburg, specialising in repair, maintenance and conversion of North Sea tonnage. The yard operates two floating docks handling vessels up to 150 metres in length and docks around 60 vessels a year, with in-house machinery, sheet metal and welding, design and 3D modelling, plus blasting, painting, electrical and interior work. With around 40 employees and a network of qualified subcontractors, it serves tankers, tugs, cargo ships, workboats, barges, research vessels, ferries and Swedish Maritime Administration vessels. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

Falkvarv AB is a shipyard company on the Swedish west coast, focused on repair, maintenance and conversion of North Sea tonnage. Founded in Falkenberg in 1987, it continues a shipyard tradition on the site dating back to 1946, and today employs around 40 people with a small administrative organisation intended to keep decision-making paths short. The yard docks approximately 60 vessels per year and is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. It also participates in Falkenberg's climate initiative, part of the municipality's local Agenda 2030 network.
