  • Steel constructions: aluminium, steel and Weldox production, blocks up to 100 t, steel outfitting, CNC plasma cutting; welding procedures and certificates available on request
  • Piping and refrigeration: mild steel and non-ferrous piping (Cunifer, stainless), Geberit piping, hot-galvanised pipes, flanges to ANSI/DS/DIN, overhaul of sea water valves and filters
  • Engine and mechanical service: diesel engines and turbochargers, gearboxes, thrusters (tunnel, azimuth), winches, propeller blades and polishing, shaft straightening, rudders, on-site machining
  • Hydraulics: system installation, flushing, tailor-made high-pressure hoses, cylinder overhaul, troubleshooting
  • Electrical services: design and engineering, repairs and modifications, cable trays and cabling, motor repair/rewind, megger and thermographic testing, navigation and communication, HVAC, sprinkler and ventilation, energy-saving solutions
  • Surface treatment: UHP water blasting up to 3000 bar (including hull blasting robot), grit blasting to Sa 3 per ISO 8501-1, slurry blasting, Blast-Rac dustless deck blasting, non-skid, ice-resistant and anti-fouling coatings, tank coating, re-branding and regulatory marking
  • Interior and insulation: accommodation outfitting and interior design, furniture production, technical insulation
  • Cleaning: cleaning for inspection and hot work, oil, wastewater and sewage disposal, duct cleaning, damage control after fire, water and oil incidents
  • Life-saving equipment and sustainable/energy-efficiency vessel upgrades
