The yard supports boat owners carrying out repairs and refits between cruising or fishing seasons, and its site brings together a number of the trades needed for that work.

Site Requirements
- Signed haulout or marina contract, with insurance and electrical certification for marina berthage
- No discharge of grey or black water, sewage, oils or contaminants into the water
- No maintenance work without prior management approval; sub-trades must be approved in advance
