Chalkis Shipyards S.A. is a privately-owned Greek ship repair yard with more than forty years of operation, providing drydocking, repair, refit, conversion and retrofit services to an international client base. Work ranges from steelwork, piping, machinery, propeller and shaft jobs to electrical systems, sandblasting and coating, insulation and accommodation refits, along with ballast water treatment system and scrubber installations. The yard is located in a protected gulf near Aulis in Evia, Central Greece, about an hour from Athens, and operates two floating docks, roughly 1,200 metres of repair piers and fully equipped workshops.

- Drydocking for maintenance, upgrading and repair, with foremen coordinating workshops, specialised personnel and subcontractors
- Steel works from simple repairs to extensive conversions and new building, to IACS Recommendation No.47 standards, with certified welders and capacity of up to 15 tons per day
- Piping works in engine room, boiler and pump rooms, cargo tanks and holds, double bottom, chain lockers, cofferdams, bilges and topside tanks; galvanized pipes and hydraulic pipe repairs; welders certified by Lloyd's Register

- Sandblasting, hydroblasting, hull cleaning and painting; tank coating
- Insulation works on decks, E/R bulkheads, pipes and ventilation channels
- Ballast water treatment plant installation and commissioning
