Hellenic Shipyards SA, operating as Skaramangas Shipyards, is a Greek shipbuilding and ship repair yard located at Chaidari in the Athens area near the Port of Piraeus. With more than seventy years of history, it builds and repairs commercial and naval vessels and has been a major contractor for the Hellenic Navy's construction, upgrade and maintenance programmes, including Papanikolis-class submarines, MEKO frigates and gunboats. Its Dock No.4 (335 x 54 m) is described as one of the largest in the Eastern Mediterranean and able to accommodate Suezmax tankers. Since its privatisation the yard has returned to ship repair work, hosting more than 17 vessels, and has signed a memorandum with UK-based SubSea Craft covering a maritime innovation centre and construction of the VICTA craft.

Hellenic Shipyards SA, trading as Skaramangas Shipyards, is one of the largest shipyards in the Eastern Mediterranean, with over seventy years in the shipbuilding industry and a central role in Greece's shipbuilding and ship repair sector. Following its privatisation under owner George Prokopiou, the yard has resumed commercial repair work and is modernising its facilities, while continuing its long-standing relationship with the Hellenic Navy. Management includes Vice Chairman and CEO Miltiadis Varvitsiotis and General Director Anastasios Kyprianis.
