Yates Adriano is the trading name of Varadero Port Adriano S.L., a yacht shipyard and hardstanding facility located at Port Adriano in Calviá, Mallorca. The yard handles maintenance, repair and refit work on vessels of all sizes, including haul-out with travelifts and trailers, painting and finishing, antifouling and Propspeed application, tents and scaffolding for yachts up to 90 m, dry storage for boats up to 11 m, and complementary services such as polishing and ceramic coating, crane work, tank cleaning, sandblasting and anode replacement. Its technical area covers more than 11,000 m² with capacity for vessels up to 320 tonnes, and it reports over 400 maintenance, repair and refit projects each year involving more than 150 specialised companies. The company employs around 60 in-house professionals alongside a network of technical partners.

Yates Adriano

Yates Adriano is the commercial name of Varadero Port Adriano S.L., the shipyard and technical area at Port Adriano in Mallorca. The company describes its facility as one of the most complete technical areas in the Mediterranean, dedicated to the maintenance, repair and refit of yachts of all sizes. Around 60 in-house professionals work alongside a wider network of technical collaborators, and more than 150 specialised companies operate within the facility over the course of a year, contributing to more than 400 annual projects.

  • Vessel movement and haul-out using modern travelifts and trailers
  • Professional painting and finishing, from spot repairs to full repainting of hulls and superstructures
  • Antifouling application plus Propspeed on propellers, shafts and rudders
  • Construction and assembly of tents, covers and scaffolding for a controlled work environment
  • Dry storage (marina seca) in summer for boats up to 11 m, with daily hauling and launching, or temporary mooring subject to availability
  • Polishing and ceramic coating treatments for gelcoat and paint
  • Crane and lifting operations in collaboration with Grúas Pol and Grúas Aguilar, including de-rigging, mast replacement and movement of engines and heavy equipment
  • Emptying and cleaning of black, grey and oily waste tanks, including waste extraction and transport
  • Sandblasting of hulls, followed by priming and antifouling application
  • Inspection and replacement of sacrificial anodes (zinc, aluminium, magnesium) on shafts, propellers, sterndrives and flaps
