UCOCAR (Unidad Naval Coordinadora de los Servicios de Carenado, Reparaciones de Casco, Reparaciones y Mantenimiento de Equipos y Sistemas de Buques) is a Venezuelan naval shipyard operating as a deconcentrated service linked to the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. It carries out construction, repair, careening and maintenance of small and medium-sized vessels, hulls, structures, equipment and systems of up to 700 tonnes, serving both the navy and public and private clients. The yard traces its origins to the Dique y Astillero Nacional de Puerto Cabello, created in 1905 at the Contralmirante Agustín Armario Naval Base in Puerto Cabello, and has previously assembled a Damen Stan Patrol 2606-type patrol boat (the AB PAGALO, PG-51) for the Venezuelan Navy.
