Stocznia WISŁA Sp. z o.o. is a Gdańsk-based shipyard that designs and builds special purpose vessels and produces partially outfitted hulls, blocks, sections, superstructures and ship modules for domestic and foreign clients. Its main specialisations are fishing vessels, training and research ships and small passenger craft up to 90 metres, including a niche in vessels adapted for tropical waters. The yard states it has built over 150 vessels for customers in Europe, Africa and Asia and delivered more than 550 ship modules to yards in Germany, Norway, Finland, France and the UK. It also fabricates aluminium and stainless steel modules and owns a seagoing transport pontoon used for delivering finished structures.

Stocznia WISŁA is a Polish shipyard in Gdańsk specialising in the design and construction of special purpose vessels, together with partially equipped hulls, hull blocks and sections, superstructures and ship modules for foreign and domestic customers. The yard reports more than 150 vessels built for clients in Europe, Africa and Asia and over 550 ship modules delivered to yards in Germany, Norway, Finland, France and the United Kingdom. A distinctive area of expertise is fishing vessels engineered for tropical and subtropical fishing grounds. The site it occupies has been used for shipbuilding since 1888.

  • Seagoing flat-deck pontoon SW6118 (61 x 18 x 4.5 m, GT 1,269 / NT 380, DWT 3,000 t), designed and built in-house in 2007 and owned by the yard, used for delivering finished structures

  • Research and fishery vessels — r/v BAYAGBONA (MFV 36.30, 36.3 m) for the Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research; participation in the research vessel Horyzont II for the Maritime Academy in Gdynia
  • Multipurpose stern/outrigger trawlers — four MFV 208.06 (33.8 m) shrimp and demersal trawlers for the Ministry of Fisheries of Angola
  • WKR-25 multipurpose 25 m shrimp trawlers — over 30 delivered to Nigeria, Iran and other African countries
