Naval Shipyard SA
PGZ Stocznia Wojenna (Naval Shipyard) in Gdynia designs, builds, repairs, converts and modernises warships and vessels for other uniformed and state services. Established in 2017 on the assets and traditions of the former Stocznia Marynarki Wojennej, which dates back to 1922, it is part of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa and works primarily for the Polish Navy. Current programmes include the Miecznik multi-role frigates based on Babcock International's Arrowhead 140 design, the Ratownik rescue vessel and Kormoran-class minehunters, alongside major overhauls of navy ships. The yard also runs an electronics and weapons centre for naval communications and navigation systems, plus an accredited chemical laboratory.

PGZ Stocznia Wojenna is a Gdynia-based naval shipyard offering design, repair, conversion, modernisation and newbuilding of warships and vessels for other uniformed and state services. The company was formed in 2017 by taking over the assets and traditions of the Naval Shipyard (Stocznia Marynarki Wojennej), a business operating since 1922 with almost a century of cooperation with the Polish Navy, and is now part of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa. Its stated goal is to deliver projects serving Poland's vital security interests, and it positions itself as the shipyard of first choice for the Polish Navy.

- Floating dock: 8,000 t lifting capacity, 150 m overall length, 27 m internal width, 8 m draught over keel blocks, two 8 t cranes; max vessel 160 m x 25 m, 7.7 m draught
- Mechanical ship lift with 14 work stations: 2,500 t capacity, 100 m length, 22 m internal width; max vessel 104 m x 21 m, 4.7 m draught
- Over 2,000 m of quays (2,108 m stated) with water depth to 8 m
- 11 cranes up to 50 t, plus quayside cranes from 8 to 25 t and transport equipment
- Two outfitting halls, hull hall, flat-section panel line for plate up to 12 mm
- Specialist production and repair workshops, engine test bed, machining shop, high-pressure system and electrical machine repair shops
