SNIP Yachting is a French boatyard and new-boat dealership based in Ouistreham, Normandy, with a second site at Caen (Mondeville) where it operates the V1D2 Marine Manufacture / V1D2 Marine Service yard on the Caen canal. The company carries out full refits, composite repair and construction, hull work and antifouling, osmosis treatment, marine mechanics, electrics and electronics, rigging and rope work, painting, covering and ceramic coating, plus handling and storage afloat and ashore. It also sells new boats as a representative of brands including Bavaria Yachts, Targa, Marex, Quarken and Nautitech, and is a Volvo Penta and Suzuki agent with a Raymarine partnership. A fuel station in the Ouistreham outer harbour supplies marine gas oil to fishermen and offshore wind farm vessels, and SP98 petrol ashore.
