Chantier Naval de Tanet
Chantier Naval de Tanet is a boat yard at Le Minihic-sur-Rance on the Rance estuary in France, with direct access to the sea. Under the direction of Valérie David (cabinetmaker and shipwright) and Thomas Piel (first-class merchant navy officer) since 2013, the yard winters more than 150 boats and handles their maintenance across mechanics, electrics, composite, wood and paint. The six-person team also carries out repairs, new build work and breakdown call-outs, and has distributed and installed NANNI engines since 2019, including repowering projects.

Chantier Naval de Tanet is a boat yard on the Rance estuary at Le Minihic-sur-Rance, offering winter storage, repair, construction and breakdown assistance. The historic yard has been run since 2013 by Valérie David, a cabinetmaker (ébéniste d'art) and shipwright, and Thomas Piel, a first-class merchant navy officer, following four years of sailing. A team of six works across two complementary areas: mechanical systems and materials.
